UPDATED RELEASE: CssHandler 1.0 (Nov 16, 2007)

*Changes:*
* Fixed bug where two similiarly named variables could cause improper parsing.
* Added support for server-side @import expansion.
* Added support for using the handler as a .axd rather than binding it to *.css.
* Most whitespace is now removed before rendering.
* The @define block is now removed before rendering.
* Upgraded solution & projects to Visual Studio 2005.
* Changed demo website project to the "Web Site" project type instead of "Web Application" so that it can run without IIS. Changed the CssHandler project to the Library project type.
* Made the comments and code a bit easier to read.
